Product Description
MPS(ZGM) series coal mill is the applied force type roller disk coal mill with three fixed grinding rollers.
Under the effect of centrifugal force, coal in the middle of the rotating grinding disk is thrown to the surface of the grinding disk tile and rolled by the grinding roller. Three grinding rollers are arranged on the grinding disk evenly. Milling pressure is provided by the hydraulic cylinder and loading force is exerted to three grinding rollers through the loading rack. Loading force on the grinding roller and disk is realized by the pull rod and the hydraulic cylinder, and exerted to the foundation ultimately.
Materials are dried and milled simultaneously. Sprayed from nozzle rings around the grinding disk, primary air plays a role in drying and blowing crushed materials on the grinding disk to the separator at the upper part of the middle rack, and separating coarse and fine powder in the separator.
